Modular rooms are architecture that arrives on a pallet: structural frames engineered for their spans, acoustic sandwich walls with measured reduction, ventilation sized in cubic metres per hour per seat, and lighting, power and data arriving where the drawings say. Assembly is planned in hours, not weeks — and the room behaves like it was always there.

Materials carry their fire classifications with certificates in the pack; ventilation is sized in m³/h per seat and stated. Your safety officer gets a folder, not a shrug.
