How we work
We keep the range curated and the listings specific. Each product page states the details that matter — dimensions, weights, acoustic ratings and power requirements — so you can compare and order with confidence. If something is unclear before you buy, write or call and we will answer honestly, including when a product is not the right fit.

Safety and use
Goods are delivered flat-packed or palletised for self-assembly — we do not provide installation. Pods need a level floor, the stated clearances and free ventilation openings; connect only to an earthed outlet and leave factory wiring unmodified. Wall and ceiling acoustic elements must be fixed to load-bearing structure with the supplied fixings — by a qualified contractor if in doubt. Acoustic figures are laboratory values per the stated standard; check fabric fire ratings against your building requirements. Measure door and lift clearances before ordering.
