The Pohoda records where offices hum: double walls, decoupled floors, background levels measured and stated, and interior treatment tuned for voice — a studio that passed through a goods lift.

The difference between a big pod and a small building is paperwork and physics; we respect both. Fire-classified materials with certificates in the pack, floors that take rolling loads, doors that close softly and seal fully — and when the office moves, the room unbolts and moves with it.

Keep thresholds clear, glass wiped, and vents unblocked by well-meaning plants. After any relocation our crews re-commission and re-certify — rooms move well when professionals move them.

Questions, Answered

Can rooms be reconfigured later?
Yes — modules unbolt, walls re-plan, and our engineers re-drawing the room is a normal Tuesday. Buy the room, keep the flexibility.

Is planning permission needed?
Modular rooms are furniture-class structures standing free of the building; most CZ sites need only landlord notification. The documentation pack covers fire classification and materials for facilities and insurers.
