XAVORNEX Pods — meetings, with the volume down
The Melodie is the meeting room the floor plan forgot, delivered on a pallet: four real seats, pre-wired screen mount, booking glow visible down the corridor, and acoustics that let the next desk keep thinking.
Silence is engineering, not upholstery. Our booths move air quietly — measured cubic metres per hour per person with fans you cannot hear at conversation distance — light faces at a flattering 4000 K without flicker, and every panel, gasket and fan is a stocked part for fifteen years. The comfort is the acoustics holding at minute ninety of a difficult call.
Design & Craft
- Ventilation sized in m³/h per seat, CO₂-scaled on equipped models
- Whiteboard wall that erases like it promised
- Acoustic glass on two sides keeps daylight in the meeting
- Speech level reduction measured to ISO 23351-1 per series

- Four seats with elbow honesty, not brochure optimism

Care
Keep door gaskets clean and hinges dry-lubed yearly; spills lift from PET felt with mild soap and patience. Fans, filters, gaskets and glass are stocked parts — pods are repaired by component, never by apology.
Questions, Answered
Is the ventilation really silent?
Airflow is stated in m³/h per person and the fan's sound level at seated ear height is printed in the specification. You hear your call, not the pod.
What about power and data inside?
Sockets, USB-C and optional data pass-throughs are built in; consumption is a laptop's worth. The specification lists every port.
The XAVORNEX Promise
Pods are commissioned, not couriered. Our crews level, assemble, connect and air-balance every unit, test the acoustics on site, and take the packaging away.
